about the exhibition :
Mood of the week: Souffle
Exhibition from 07 September to 13 September 2026
With the start of the new term comes a breath of fresh air; we breathe a sigh of relief, ready to start the year afresh and enjoy the milder temperatures of the season. The windmills begin to turn once more, the wind blows the leaves from the trees, and we finally slip a light jumper over our shoulders as night falls. It is notoriously difficult to depict air, wind and breath in art. It is movement itself – how can it be frozen in time? How can it be portrayed? Our selection this week proves that it is possible and gives us a real sense of freedom. Feel the wind in your hair...
