about the exhibition :
Mood of the week: Japan

Exhibition from 02 December to 08 December 2024

What haven't we borrowed from the Land of the Rising Sun? From sushi to futons and from sake to kimonos, we envy this ancient empire everything that makes it so glorious. Its people live to be hundreds of years old, as do their traditions, alongside the futuristic technologies they are so adept at developing. And what can we say about Japanese artists? Hokusai, Kusama, Ozu, Ishimoto, Murakami, Mishima... they impress us in every discipline. We could talk about them for hours, but let our selection of the week convince you: Kon'nichiwa, tomodachi!
