Catarina Carreiras is a is a graphic designer from Lisbon, born in 1985. She graduated in Communication Design from Faculdade de Belas Artes de Lisboa and started her career as an independent designer. Recently, Catarina has begun exploring shapes and forms in her artistic pieces, blending graphic elements with a poetic approach to nature and natural materials.

Her work spans various mediums, seamlessly moving between sculpture, painting, print and digital formats. Driven by curiosity, she collects colors, shapes, and ideas to build her personal visual archive, which she incorporates into her artwork. Now living in Cascais, she runs the gallery and design studio, This Must Be The Place, where she continues to create and share her work.
